Additional Requirements:

Minimum 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in handling PPE (Public Procurement) tenders.
Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct thorough market research and "tender digging" for relevant opportunities from LGED, PWD, and RHD.
Manage the end-to-end process of tender preparation, ensuring compliance with all technical and financial requirements.
Prepare and compile necessary documentation for tender submissions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate bid submissions.
Stay updated on public procurement regulations and guidelines (PPE/PPA).
