Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage and submit tenders through the e-GP platform.
∎ Search, select, and report on tenders on a daily basis.
∎ Prepare and submit tender documents, tender security, and performance security.
∎ Proficient in LTM and OTM processes, including necessary turnover calculations and tender bill issuance.
∎ Participate in pre-bid meetings and conduct a thorough analysis of tender qualification criteria.
∎ Gather required information through site visits and perform cost estimation for tenders.
∎ Maintain relationships with government and private organizations and regularly manage tender activities.
∎ Handle tasks related to e-tender submission, bank guarantees, and performance guarantees.
∎ Possess knowledge of the Public Procurement Regulation (PPR) 2008 and Public Procurement Act (PPA) 2006.
∎ Analyze the current market for tenders and identify new business opportunities.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
