∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales, with at least 1 year in a team leadership role.
∎ Strong command over CRM systems and pipeline tracking tools.
∎ Excellent understanding of lead management, prospects nurturing, and client conversion.
∎ Outstanding communication, leadership, and motivational skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and handle sales objections effectively.
∎ Must be target-oriented and result-driven.
∎ টেলিসেলস বা কাস্টমার সার্ভিস টিম লিডিংয়ে কমপক্ষে ২ বছরের অভিজ্ঞতা।
∎ সেলস টার্গেট, স্ক্রিপ্ট ফলোআপ এবং টিম কো-অর্ডিনেশনে দক্ষ হতে হবে।
∎ অভিজ্ঞতা:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ টেলিসেলস টিম পরিচালনা ও মোটিভেট করা।ডেইলি, উইকলি ও মান্থলি সেলস টার্গেট সেট ও মনিটরিং।
∎ নতুন টিম মেম্বারদের ট্রেইনিং এবং গাইড করা।
∎ ক্লায়েন্টদের ফোনের মাধ্যমে পরিষেবা বোঝানো এবং কনভার্সন নিশ্চিত করা।
∎ প্রতিদিনের টিম রিপোর্ট তৈরি ও ম্যানেজমেন্টকে সাবমিট করা।
∎ প্রয়োজনীয় সময়ে নিজেই কল করে সেলস ক্লোজ করা।
∎ টিম মেম্বারদের পারফরম্যান্স অনুযায়ী রিভিউ ও ফিডব্যাক দেওয়া।
∎ চাকরির বিবরণ: আমরা খুঁজছি একজন দক্ষ ও অনুপ্রাণিত টেলিসেলস টিম লিডার, যিনি আমাদের টেলিসেলস টিমকে নেতৃত্ব দিতে পারবেন এবং সেলস টার্গেট পূরণে সহায়ক হবেন। যিনি নিজে টার্গেট অর্জন করতে পারবেন এবং টিমের পারফরম্যান্স মনিটর করে রেজাল্ট আনতে সক্ষম।
