Make outbound calls to prospective clients from company databases, portals, referrals, and campaign leads.
Receive and handle inbound calls from interested buyers professionally.

Handle customer queries, objections, and basic complaints politely and efficiently.
Maintain confidentiality of client information and company data.
Comply with company policies, sales guidelines, and ethical practices.
