Experience:

• 1 to 3 years

• Bachelor`s degree in any discipline, A-levels, or O-levels.

• 1 to 3 years

• 1-3 years of experience in telemarketing, outbound calling, or customer relations.

• Fluency in English is a must.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

motivated Telemarketing Executive to join our team.

Working Hours: Night Shift ( 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM )

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and clients.

• Promote and sell services/products through effective communication.

• Build and maintain customer relationships for business growth.

• Provide accurate product/service information and address customer inquiries.

• Follow up on leads and close sales opportunities.

• Maintain and update customer records in the database.
