Responsibilities & Context:
- Marketing from office by calling agents or candidates and inform about overseas job openings.
- Inform candidates or agents about job details, salary, duty hours, and conditions
- Handle inquiries from workers or agents and deliver specific response to get the sales done.
- Track follow-ups, interested leads, and conversions.
- Do the digital marketing in various platform to get lead
- Must be willing to do video reels for sales promotion
- Submit daily/weekly reports to supervisors about lead status, challenges, and suggestions
