We are hiring a proactive and highly skilled Tele-marketing Executive to lead our sales and marketing campaigns. The right individual will be essential in achieving revenue targets and growing our brand`s footprint within the industry.

• Proactively initiate outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote the company’s products and services, generate leads, and secure appointments.

• Respond to incoming inquiries, providing information about products, services, or promotions.

• Develop strong customer relationships through effective communication, clearly articulating the value and benefits of the company`s offerings, while addressing any questions or concerns.

• Persuade potential customers to purchase products or services, meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.

• Identify and qualify potential leads, keeping detailed records of conversations and outcomes for follow-up actions.

• Maintain customer relationships by providing excellent service and follow-up, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.

• Accurately log customer information, call details, and sales outcomes into the company`s CRM or database system.

• Gather customer feedback and insights during calls to help the company improve its products, services, or marketing strategies.

• Conduct follow-up calls or emails to ensure customer satisfaction and explore additional sales opportunities.

• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on campaigns, share feedback, and contribute to overall team success.

• Stay informed about the company’s products, services, promotions, and market trends to improve the effectiveness of your calls.
