Responsibilities & Context:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a polite and professional manner.

• Communicate with existing customers to provide product information and take repeat orders.

• Answer customer queries and resolve basic issues or complaints.

• Follow up with customers through phone, WhatsApp and Facebook.

• Maintain proper customer notes and order information

• Work towards daily and monthly sales targets.

• Coordinate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
