Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with order placement, tracking, cancellations, and returns, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

  • Identify and address customer concerns, complaints, and issues with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.

  • Maintain a deep understanding of our product range, promotions, and updates to guide customers effectively.

  • Communicate clearly and effectively through phone, email, and chat channels to provide the best customer experience.

  • Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system for future reference and analysis.

  • Collaborate with various departments, including sales, inventory, and logistics, to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
