Job Responsibilities:
∎ Telesales
∎ Follow-up with clients by phone or email on a timely manner
∎ Record and maintain reactions of prospects contacted into the clients after the call
∎ Maintain a thorough working knowledge of all services offered Real Estate Ltd.
∎ Explain products or services and prices. Answer questions to clients.
∎ Pre-call planning and research to perform opportunity identification and need analysis at all prospect levels.

∎ 1 to 2 year(s) in Tele Sales in corporate and Real Estate sector
∎ Females are encouraged to apply.

∎ Speaking clearly and persuasively in English/Bangla in positive manner
∎ Self-motivated, independent smart worker with the ability to the assignment
∎ Ability to clearly and effectively communicate and present analysis findings and recommendations for marketing strategies
∎ Sound knowledge of essential software like MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, etc.
∎ Fluency in English/Bangla is required
