Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Architecture / Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Architectural and Interior Design Concept, Plan, Elevation and Section, with Detail Working & 3D drawing.
∎ Prepare detailed construction design, specifications & estimation from start to finish.
∎ Excellent graphical representation skill.
∎ Good 3D visualization and rendering skill.
∎ Innovative and skilled in design development.
∎ Have the passion about green & new concept of architecture.
∎ Periodic supervision of ongoing work.
∎ Coordinate with other departments.
∎ Drafting/Modify the drawings as required.
∎ Can work under pressure.
∎ Have the mentality to buildup strong professional team.
∎ Research & source materials independently according to the project type & budget.
∎ Any design related duties can be assigned by the authority.
∎ Skilled in Auto Cad 2D, 3D, Sketch Up, Lumion and Photoshop & other Graphics software.
∎ English language proficiency is must; both spoken and written as all projects will be done mutually with Client's and Engineers from abroad.
∎ Manage accounts of the total interior work.
∎ Communication with new Clients.
∎ Balance a communication with ongoing projects.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ At least 5 to 7 year(s) in Interior sector.
∎ Skills Required: Interior Design, Consultancy, Exterior design.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following areas: Interior Design, details drawing, Material estimation & actual costing.
∎ AutoCAD knowledge is mandatory.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skill (both written and verbal, in English)
∎ Should be Hardworking, Self-motivated
∎ Computer literacy is mandatory
∎ Ability to work under extreme pressure
