Job Context

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic marketing and sales Manager/Deputy Manager who must have experience in Real Estate Sector.

Job Responsibilities

• Highly knowledgeable on Real Estate business and present market scenario (Specially selling of apartment and commercial space).

• Should have positive mindset to achieve target monthly, quarterly & yearly strategic marketing plan.

• Must be self-motivated and dynamic.

• Drive new ways to increase sales and productivity in the region.

• Organizing sales team, monitoring & controlling executive & others

• Be able to manage and inspire/motivate the team members so as to achieve team sales targets.

• Corporate sales planning and implementation.

• Able to communicate with wide network of different professionals/ business men and look for prospective customers.

• To look after customer quarries with satisfaction and relationship develop.

• Be able to maintain good atmosphere in the office and with other marketing personals so as to enhance team building spirit.
