Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc / M.Sc in any discipline, preferably in Computer Science and Engineering, from any reputed university.
∎ Certifications / Trainings on information technology, would be added advantage
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor and manage end user support and IT helpdesk support functions to ensure timely and quality service
∎ Ensuring effective communication to internal and external stakeholders
∎ Managing the end user computing environment by ensuring users’ satisfaction
∎ Managing the incident, request and escalation processes
∎ Manage overall process of IT asset procurement and billing, including thorough requirement analysis, technology/product/solution assessment/evaluation, negotiation with suppliers and vendors
∎ Ensuring uniform deployment of IT hardware and software applications
∎ Ensuring patching and anti-virus updates are properly applied as per IT security team recommendation
∎ Develop and maintain policy, procedure and guidelines as required, and ensure proper compliance
∎ Track service performance and prepare routine and on-demand reports on procurement, asset and IT support
∎ Managing and keeping proper record of all IT assets across of IDLC
∎ Managing disposal of IT assets
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ In-depth understanding of hardware, network and software technologies
∎ In-depth knowledge and understanding of the IT Asset Management lifecycle
∎ Knowledge and understanding of support and service management, and its best practices and standards
∎ Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks
∎ Ability to meet strict deadlines and work well under pressure
∎ Excellent process management skills
∎ Must have strong negotiation skills
∎ Working knowledge of various communication and collaboration tools
∎ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to deal with complex scenarios
∎ Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
