Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc / M.Sc in any discipline, preferably in Computer Science and Engineering/Information System Security, from any reputed university.
∎ Certification in IT Security, such as CEH or CHFI, would be an added advantage.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct regular security assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and risks.
∎ Conduct penetration testing and simulate attack scenarios to assess effectiveness of existing controls.
∎ Deploy security updates released by OEMs to the systems, network and end user devices.
∎ Manage and monitor firewalls, Security Information and Event Management (SIEM)
∎ Manage and monitor Identity and Access Management (IAM).
∎ Managing the incident response process, including containing the incident, investigating the root cause, and implementing measures to prevent future incidents.
∎ Ensuring that the organization is compliant with relevant security standards, regulations, and legal requirements.
∎ Staying up-to-date on the latest security threats and trends and analyzing the potential impact on the organization's systems and data.
∎ Creating reports and presentations to communicate security-related metrics, findings, and recommendations to management and other stakeholders.
∎ Providing training and education to employees on vulnerability management best practices and security awareness.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ Excellent knowledge in designing secure network and systems
∎ Expertise in firewall, IPS, IDS, end-point security solutions and VAPT tools
∎ Excellent knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and tools
∎ Excellent analytical and problem solving skills and ability to work in a team
∎ Experience in an information security role.
∎ Effective verbal and written communication skills.
