Job Context:
∎ JOB PURPOSE: This position will oversee the existing installed systems and future technologies. Individuals in this role will leverage their technical experience from installation to system check to scheduling repairs to ensure the continued stability of our technical systems operations. In doing so, the technician will solve problems and ensure uninterrupted operations of security technologies used in BRAC offices.
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme`s goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle and maintain CCTV and ensure proper functioning including IP system CCTV
∎ Maintain and service of Access Control System at HO and other BRAC offices
∎ Maintain server related issues including Access Control System and CCTV record maintenance
∎ Coordinate with BRAC IT regarding software manintenance used by Security Risk Management Department
∎ Maintain all electronic equipment of Security Risk Management Department
∎ Assist Sub Assistant Engineers regarding technical issues
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 14 years
∎ Comprehensive command of maintenance procedures and techniques
∎ Trouble shooting of electronic equipment
∎ knowledge of CCTV, access control and other relevant electrical systems
∎ Basic Computer knowledge( MS Word, Excel)
∎ Problem solving
∎ Team work
∎ Minimum 1 Year of working experience in handling and maintenance of security equipments
