Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma or B.Sc. in Textile/Chemistry or equivalent degree from any reputed Institute/university. Academic qualification can be relaxed for exceptional & experienced candidate in related field of work.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Expert as an accredited Technician of physical lab.
∎ Perform all types of lab tests as per buyer's requirement and provide the reports to all concern such as Fabrics testing & Inspection, hardness testing of cellular, soft and hard rubber, and plastic material etc.
∎ Determine the aging characteristics of plastics, rubber, leather and fabrics before and after heating.
∎ Able to work with Inspection Fabric Machine, Discoloration Meter, Aging Oven, AATCC Light Box, H&M Light Box Veriwide, ISO Light Box X-Rite, H&M Washer Electrolux, Durometer Asker etc.
∎ Maintain Quality requirement & Standard for products according to buyers.
∎ Evaluate 3rd party test reports.
∎ Face the audit for Lab accreditation and implement its CAP.
∎ Coordinate with concern department from the very beginning of the production for ensuring all lab test related to the job as per schedule to ship within due time.
∎ Collect& keep latest RSL certificate of stored chemicals as per buyers' requirement.
∎ Check quality of the Sample Chemicals as per TDS. (Quality Assurance)
∎ Keep chemical store compliance. Such as local Language MSDS& GHS Label for worker's safety.
∎ Up to date Chemical Inventory List (Monthly).
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 3-4 Years.( H&M buyer experienced will get preferable )
∎ Good command over both in English and Bangla. Microsoft Office & Excel.
