• Able to work under heavy sunlight and at heights higher than normal.

• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Electrical Installation, Solar energy, Solar Power Plant

• Excellent Communication Skills and Interpersonal Skills.

• Minimum 1 year`s utility experience in Solar-EPC or industry experience is desired.

• Cable jointing qualifications and experience is an advantage

Job Context:

• We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Technician to join our Implementation Department. The candidate should have a strong technical background, a problem-solving mindset, and a commitment to ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

• Solar Module installation with all other Electrical installation as per design.

• Substation installation and maintenance.

• Also having substation work experience and being able to handle other associated jobs.

• Able to read and interpret single-line diagrams and schematics

• Able to decorate and laying of the Cable and cable tray following the guideline of industrial safety.

• Install the LPS system following the industrial standards.

• Plumbing fittings knowledge for Water Pipeline installation as per design.

• Diagnose, test, repair, and/or replace solar module cables, cable interconnections, PV junction/string boxes, connectors, and fuses in PV systems.

• Record keeping and management of spare part movements

• Any other duties, as assigned by the Project Manager, in line with the role
