Job Responsibilities:
∎ Delivers basic technical support in areas such as electrical, plumbing, carpentry etc. under supervision
∎ Warns immediately the hierarchy of any issues that could have negative consequences or represent a risk (technical malfunctions, accidents)
∎ Ensures the premises and equipment are properly maintained and utilities are working properly
∎ Maintains, repairs equipment and structure according to instructions, as well as coordinate and/or supervise any work done by external providers
∎ Orders or purchases any necessary materials linked to the activities
∎ Keeps accurate inventory of maintenance stock and coordinate with Logistics department on the timely replenishment
∎ Any other tasks of general support in the delegation

Additional Requirements:
∎ Work experience in the humanitarian and/or development field
∎ 2-3 years of experience in practical work
∎ Good command of English (written and spoken)
∎ Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
∎ Excellent sense of responsibility and confidentiality
∎ Good communication, writing and presentation skills
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, respecting the established framework
∎ Able to define priorities
∎ Able to adapt to and work in team in a multicultural environment.
