Additional Requirements:
  • Strong expertise in areas of technology, such as software and mobile app development, cloud computing, networking, Artificial Intelligence, BlockChain Technology, cybersecurity or IT infrastructure.

  • Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#, JavaScript) and development frameworks.

  • Familiarity with technology platforms, tools, and cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes).

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and teaching skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.

  • Experience designing and delivering technology training programs, both in-person and virtually.

  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms, LMS, and virtual training tools.

  • 3-5 years of experience in a technical training or technology-related role (e.g., software developer, IT specialist, or systems engineer).

  • Previous experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and delivering technical workshops is highly desirable

  • Any Certifications like Cisco, AWS certification will get advantage.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Deliver technology training programs, courses, and materials that are aligned with the needs of the learners and the organization.

  • Customize training programs to cover a wide range of technology subjects, including software development, cloud computing, cybersecurity, database management, networking, Cisco, Artificial Intelligence, Block Chain, Data Science and emerging technologies.

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and technical teams to ensure training content is accurate, up-to-date, and relevant.

  • Deliver hands-on, instructor-led training sessions (both in-person and online) on various technology topics to groups of employees, clients, or students.

  • Use engaging teaching methods, such as practical exercises, case studies, and simulations, to help participants apply technical concepts in real-world situations.

  • Tailor training sessions to accommodate different skill levels, from beginner to advanced learners.

  • Maintain a deep understanding of the latest technologies, programming languages, frameworks, tools, and platforms relevant to the training topics.

  • Provide expertise in key technology areas, such as software development (Python, Java, etc.), Artificial Intelligence, Block Chain, cloud computing (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), DevOps, data analytics, or IT infrastructure.

  • Develop and administer assessments, quizzes, and practical exercises to measure participants` understanding and proficiency in technical concepts.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments based on learner feedback and performance metrics.

  • Track participant progress and provide feedback to help them improve and reach their learning goals.

  • Engage with participants to address technical questions, troubleshoot issues, and provide additional support as needed during and after training.

  • Act as a liaison between the training team and the technical teams to ensure consistent and effective communication of technical concepts.

  • Create and maintain training materials, such as user manuals, guides, presentations, and e-learning resources, ensuring they are clear, comprehensive, and up-to-date.

  • Incorporate the use of various training technologies, such as learning management systems (LMS), virtual labs, and simulation tools, to enhance the learning experience.

  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, certifications, and industry standards to ensure training programs remain current and relevant.

  • Continuously seek ways to improve training methodologies and delivery, incorporating new teaching techniques and technologies to maximize learning outcomes.

  • Provide hands-on support and mentoring to participants during and after training sessions, assisting with troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring successful completion of practical exercises.

  • Offer post-training support to help learners apply their newly acquired skills in their daily tasks and projects.
