We are now expanding our creative team and looking for a talented Cinematographer/ Videographer to join us.
Job Responsibilities
● Capture high-quality video footage at training events, workshops, seminars, and institutional programs.
● Conduct professional photography (portraits, event coverage, OVCs, podcasts) aligned with the brand aesthetic.
● Operate drones (UAVs) for aerial shots, including venue exteriors and bird’s-eye event views.
● Edit video and photo content. Including cutting, color grading, transitions, and final mastering.
● Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to plan storyboards, content flow, and visual strategy.
● Manage and maintain camera, lighting, and audio equipment, ensuring all gear is in optimal condition.
● Ensure all visuals follow brand guidelines, tone, and consistency across platforms.
● Stay updated with the latest visual trends, cinematic techniques, and industry best practices.
Experience Requirements
● 3 to 5 years of professional experience in cinematography, video production, or related roles.
● Bachelor’s degree in Media, Film Production, Photography, Visual Arts, or equivalent practical experience.
● Final-year students or recent graduates with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements / Skills
● Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects (preferred).
● Strong knowledge of camera systems (DSLR, mirrorless, cinema cameras), lenses,lighting, and stabilization tools (gimbals, tripods).
● Experience in drone operation and aerial cinematography.
● Excellent visual storytelling and creative direction ability.
● Strong time management skills, capable of handling multiple projects under tight deadlines.
● Good communication and collaboration skills to work with marketing, creative, and training teams.
● Willingness to travel for field shoots.
● Familiarity with AI tools for enhancing creative concepts is a plus.
