Responsibilities & Context:
· Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
· Manage end-to-end sales activities including lead generation site visits negotiation and deal closure.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients’ brokers and agents.
· Analyze market trends customer behavior and competitor activities to support pricing and positioning.
· Ensure effective follow-up of leads and maintain accurate CRM and sales pipeline data.
· Handle key corporate and high-value clients and support complex negotiations.
· Prepare sales forecasts MIS reports and performance analysis for management review.
· Ensure customer satisfaction timely collections and strong post-sales relationship management.
