∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering

∎ Age 25 to 35 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain contact and liaison with reference group like BUET, LGED, PWD, PGCB, PDB, WASA, DESA, RHD etc.
∎ Arrange various workshop, mason-meet, user meet, and events, campaign, program, seminar for engineers.
∎ Meet with the owners of ongoing projects like; House owner, Engineers and Masons.
∎ Promote company's brands in all institutional development sectors.
∎ To address customer complaints and coordinate with Supervisors.
∎ To interact with consumers and provide information about products or services.
∎ Frequent field visit for Technical Support to the Sales Team to meet the sales target.
∎ Maintain regular communication channel with client to promote own brand to use in their construction work.
∎ Solve technical claims of own brands as a client service.·
∎ Responsible for giving engineering and technical support to client.
∎ Submit all report of the designated area, which include monthly achievement, branding activity of Metrocem Group.
