Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in education, education planning, education policy, education management, instructional systems design, or other relevant fields. Master's degree in relevant field preferred

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Technical specialists will support one or more of the following technical areas of the project:
∎ Teacher professional development.
∎ Distance education, ICT for education, and blended learning.
∎ Improving access of children from marginalized and disadvantaged communities, including girls and children with disabilities, to higher secondary education.
∎ Monitoring, evaluation, and learning.
∎ Research and assessment.
∎ Communications and reporting.
∎ Finance, operations, and grants management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum five (5) years of experience required in the designated area of specialization.
∎ Experience in international development, particularly on large donor-funded projects, is preferred.
∎ Demonstrated leadership, versatility, and integrity.
∎ Excellent communication skills and professional proficiency in English required.
