• Candidates will be paneled and recruited for vacant positions in the program as needed.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the relevant field.
• Good skill in report writing in English and Bengali.
• Basic computer skills in MS Office.
• Valid Driving License

• Coordination of group member’s selection at the village level and of CSO formation at the Union level.
• Coordinating individual FDPs and BDPs preparation by group members.
• Assisting in the acquisition of productive assets.
• Organizing and conducting training on income-generating activities, health, and hygiene.
• Conducting weekly group meetings at the village level, and monthly CSO meetings at the union level.
• Dialogue with local authorities.
• Sensitizing group members on climate change and its impacts.
• Providing technical support to disaster workers.
• Ensuring pandemic-related safeguards at meetings.

Tk. 18,000 per month, Consolidated and other admissible benefits as per organizational policy as well as the project.
