∎ Assess students' needs, qualifications, and suitability for different vocational training programs.
∎ Assist students with the application and enrollment process, providing guidance and support throughout.
∎ Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses, employers, and job placement agencies to create job opportunities for graduates.
∎ Monitor students' progress throughout the training, offering support to ensure successful program completion.
∎ Facilitate job readiness workshops, including resume writing, interview preparation, and job search strategies.
∎ Track student employment outcomes, providing ongoing support to ensure job retention and career growth.
∎ Collaborate with other team members to ensure successful job placements and address any concerns.
∎ Maintain detailed records of student enrollment, job placements, and outcomes for reporting and evaluation purposes.
∎ Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Rehabilitation Officer with a focus on Student Enrollment and Job Placement. The successful candidate will be responsible for enrolling eligible students in vocational training programs and assisting them in securing employment opportunities post-training. You will work closely with potential students, employers, and training providers to ensure a seamless transition from education to the workforce.
