Job Responsibilities:
∎ The role has three core components:
∎
∎ Market Facilitation -this includes but is not limited to forming linkages and close facilitation with the local market players of agriculture producers from downwards to consumers through last mile delivery agents and upwards to the larger private sector. This relationship will include rapport building through activities including but not limited to supply chain support, business capacity development training and technology introduction sessions local agriculture producers and entrepreneurs and last mile delivery agents.
∎ Technical Advice & Capacity Building - in the role, the candidate will be expected to build market systems capacitate field staff. This will take the form of structured and unstructured training.
∎ Monitoring and Evaluation - In Market Systems approaches, activities are occurring in dynamic market contexts. Given this, monitoring is critical to ensure that program are continually adapting to meet the market and producer needs. As market systems approaches moves away from traditional point in time monitoring, Organization seeks to develop stronger Monitoring Systems, which requires the support of this Role.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 45 years
∎ At least 5 years of experience working on market system development in agriculture or another relevant field
∎ Familiarity and experience with project management concepts such as Logical Frameworks, Impact Logic or Results Chains
∎ Considerable understanding and knowledge of rural markets, trading relationships and rural service provision
∎ Previous experience in private sector preferable
∎ Experience in business planning with agriculture sub-sectors
∎ Strong in financial skills (e.g. profit & loss statements, cash flow statements, balance sheets)
∎ Must understand the technical, social, and other constraints in the development field.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 50000 - 60000 (Monthly)
∎ Benefits are as per organization`s policy
