Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct fish farm visits to evaluate practices, assess fish health, provide technical support and collaborate with consultants on hatchery management prescriptions.
∎ Perform all activities a settled and customized target of Aqua products.
∎ provide technical guidance to fishers, fish farmers and local partners on sustainable fisheries management, aquaculture practices and aquatic ecosystem conservation.
∎ Plan and conduct meeting/seminars to maximize outreach and awareness of aqua products with hatchery owners, fishery officers, local authorities, and farmers.
∎ Educate field teams on aqua products, disease management, farming techniques and sales strategies.
∎ Address inquiries from officers, farm owners, model farmers and local stakeholders.
∎ Aqua Medicine fish farming in modern intensive method and fish hatchery. Fish feeds, fish hatchery and fish medicine.
∎ The applications should have experience in the following business area(s): Fish farm Management, Aqua Medicine, Nursery Management, Fish Nutrition and Feeding and Fish Health & Disease Management.
