∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Fisheries, Master of Science (MSc) in Fisheries
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Sales & Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure regular field & fish farm visit
∎ Arrange GD & seminars with farmers & other stakeholders on aquaculture management in whole nationwide
∎ Develop de-growth territory
∎ Ensure Market survey for new territory opening proposal
∎ Arrange meeting with field force as per business requirement
∎ Responsible for monitoring packing materials & design
∎ Promote bio-security products for the farmers if required
∎ Responsible for providing one stop technical support for aqua based cluster
∎ Monitor customer feedback through demonstration & record keeping
∎ Responsible for literature development
∎ Assist in customer complain handling and report to management
∎ Coordinate with QC and factory team for feed
∎ Ensure on the job training for the field force
∎ Monitor and assist key fish feed customers and Fish feed based territory
∎ Responsible for achieve fish feed target through sales team
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
