Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineer, Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, Efficient in communicating in English in both written and verbal
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understand to buyer TP /Design Sheet, Comments and advice to sewing & pattern team for the correction sample accordingly.
∎ Check samples, measurement, quality, fitting as per customer standard.
∎ Ensure good workmanship, quality, and construction according to customer standard.
∎ Evaluate all types of samples: Proto, Fit, Size set, Seal, Buyer ref, etc. with a feasibility study of product and risk analysis.
∎ Must have strong knowledge on pattern, sewing and wash.
∎ Capable to identify problems and provide technical solutions to rectify on sample in an early stage.
∎ Attend pre-production meetings and providing technical input on product quality, sewing techniques to avoid potential production problems.
∎ Coordinate and communicate with customer technician for fit, construction, technical specifications etc.
∎ Clarify the technical requirements and recommend alternative value-added options to customers to arrive at mutually beneficial solutions.
∎ All sample need to check prior submit to customer and responsible for on time approval.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 3 to 4 years buying office experience on similar job roll will be additional advantages
