IT Project Management, scrum certified, Software Project Management, Technical Projects
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and develop scheduled projects
∎ Establish training processes for all the technical personnel on your team
∎ Implement processes to ensure a timely completion of projects assigned
∎ Holding regular technical team meetings to help address any questions or challenges regarding upcoming projects
∎ Researching and evaluating hardware and software technology options for each project
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 5+ years working on technical projects
∎ 5+ years of experience in technical writing required
∎ Scrum certified
∎ A clear understanding of the Project Management processes, strategies and methods
∎ Experience training rising talent in the technology department
∎ Strong communication skills verbally and written
∎ Strong managerial experience when it comes to both analytical thinking and problem-solving
∎ Excellent time management and organizational skills
∎ ***Other requirements-
∎ Spoken English Skill- Good (Need to talk with the head office of the company which is in USA)
∎ At starting which is the initial start period - Need to work, attend meetings & training on pacific standard time (Which is at night in BD time zone)
∎ Then after the initial period working time 9am to 5pm Bangladesh time and need to attend meetings & training on pacific standard time if needed.
∎ SetSchedule wants to open an office in Dhaka in the future. So need to work on the office when it will start.
Salary:
∎ 1000USD to 2500USD (Negotiable)
***Will get $1000 USD joining bonus after completing the first 6 months with us!***
