∎ Understanding of Agile methodology and tools like JIRA, Trello, or similar.
∎ At least 5 years of proven expertise in one of the specialization domains (MERN Stack / Laravel / Java Spring Boot / Python [AI, ML] / Quality Assurance with Selenium, JMeter).
∎ Certification in PMP or Agile is a plus.
∎ Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
∎ Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

∎ We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager with specialization in one of the following domains: MERN Stack, Laravel, Java Spring Boot, Python (AI, ML), or Quality Assurance. The successful candidate will not only lead cross-functional teams, oversee project lifecycles, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software solutions but also contribute hands-on in their specialized field to guide technical decision-making, resolve critical challenges, and ensure alignment with industry best practices. This role requires a balance of strategic leadership and active technical involvement to drive project success.
