As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead our HR operations and recruitment efforts.

∎ Key Responsibilities
∎ 1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
∎ Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, onboarding).
∎ Coordinate with team and understand staffing needs and workforce planning.
∎ Build a strong talent pipeline for technical and non-technical roles.
∎ Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
∎ 2. HR Operations & Team Management
∎ Supervise and guide the HR team in their day-to-day activities.
∎ Ensure HR operations run smoothly including employee records, payroll coordination, leave management, and compliance with labor laws.
∎ Oversee employee life cycle processes (onboarding, confirmation, transfer, promotion, exit).
∎ Implement and maintain HR systems, tools, and reporting practices.
∎ 3. Policy & Compliance
∎ Develop and update HR policies and procedures in line with local labor laws.
∎ Ensure all statutory HR compliance requirements are met.
∎ Handle employee relations issues with fairness and in alignment with company policies.
∎ 4. Performance Management & Employee Engagement
∎ Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems and KPIs.
∎ Foster a high-performance culture through effective feedback and development plans.
∎ Design and lead employee engagement programs, wellness initiatives, and team-building events.
∎ 5. Training & Development
∎ Collaborate with department heads to assess training needs and support skill development.
∎ Coordinate in-house and external training programs for employee development.

∎ Qualifications

∎ 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
∎ Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in IT or tech-based companies.
∎ Strong leadership and team management skills.
∎ Solid understanding of Bangladeshi labor law and familiarity with HR best practices.
∎ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
∎ Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
