Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline from reputed university (Economics, Sociology, Social work will be preferred).

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Technical Officer-SRHR is a key technical position to reach project goal specially the ‘Youth, especially girls and young women, have obtained foundational capabilities to grow as active citizens and are engaged in the social movement for challenging gender norms and building girls’ agency';
∎ This position holder will be responsible for strengthening prevention and the responsiveness of the child protection systems and promoting and enforcing Child Marriage Restraint Act 2017;
∎ The job holder will maintain close coordination/functional relationship with concerned authority, institutions/departments and like-minded organizations for better quality implementation of SRHR services;
∎ Provide necessary technical knowledge to the team and conduct facilitation for staff capacity building;
∎ Develop required outlines for technical capacity building and awareness of stakeholders;
∎ Special and periodical reporting, field monitoring and assessment are required to the position holder.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 years relevant working experience;
∎ The candidate must have sound knowledge in working with Youth and Young women, children, child and youth groups, local administration and local government, social institutions, media, presentation, report writing and documentation;
∎ She/he should be experienced on working on Youth governance, Youth leadership development.
∎ Should have skills and experienced on training module development, provide guidelines for Youth leadership development, track child marriage situation and to take steps to restraint child marriage in the selected areas. Should be knowledge on gender and safeguarding, child protection;
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office programme is also essential for this position;
∎ The incumbent must have good communication and networking skill;
∎ Ability to work under pressure;
∎ Willingness to drive motorcycle and must have valid motor cycle driving license for frequent field visit.

Salary: Tk. 38366 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Festival Bonus equivalent to 1 month gross salary for each year, yearly increment based on performance.
