Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma Engineer in Electrical/Electronics/Power Engineering and any other subject
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Solar power installation, Irrigation pump operation & maintenance and related training conduction
∎ Community mobilization
∎ Installation of solar power system
∎ Maintenance of installed solar system
∎ Ensure smooth operation of solar irrigation pump and micro-grid
∎ Ensure warranty service and repairing of damage equipment
∎ Store maintenance and record keeping
∎ Conduct staff & beneficiary training
∎ Develop design of solar power system
∎ Provide servicing solutions for all installed solar power system and directions to the technical staff of the field offices for proper maintenance of system.
∎ Articulate new ideas related to the renewable energy activities and prepare solar system design (e.g. Solar Micro-grid, Nano-grid & Pico-grid, Solar irrigation pump, Agro-voltaic, solar dryer, etc.), & appropriate and affordable energy cost estimation for most marginalized community, and installation accordingly and as per management need.
∎ Any other tasks if assigned by Head of SED/ Friendship Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Having professional electrical wiring knowledge & experience in solar power system will get added priority.
