∎ Minimum 7 years working experience in NGO/ INGO or other Development Organizations.
∎ §   Minimum 7 years’ experience in technical support to education program staff.§   Experience in developing and implementing capacity-building programs for education staff.§   Specialized experience in Education in national or international organization/s.§   Excellent oral and written communication skills.§   Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office).§   Knowledge of the local context in the Rohingya community.§   Excellent organizational skills with a willingness to assume responsibilities and take initiative.§   Ability to work independently and as part of a team.§   Experience in data collection, and analysis.§   Sensitivity to cultural and diversity issues.§   Fluency in relevant languages (e.g., Rohingya, English).

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Jagorani Chakra Foundation (JCF) is a national voluntary social welfare organization. JCF is implementing BGD FY 23 PRM’ Project supported by Save the Children. To ensure the quality implementation of the project, JCF intends to recruit project staff from qualified candidates of Bangladeshi nationals.
∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ §   Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, Planning, Learning, Reporting, Data analysis, visualization, Cyclone Anticipatory Action, Humanitarian Response, Education, Livelihood, Reporting & Documentation, Monitoring & Evaluation Skills.§   Proficiency in Data collection, analysis, Statistical research, statistical analysis & reporting, and project monitoring & evaluation, organizational skills ODK, KoBo/SPSS/Excel management.§   Deep understanding of technical skills on developing different tools for monitoring, evaluation and research as per the MEAL Plan of the projects.§   Develop monitoring framework, process monitoring guidelines and tools in consultation with the SCI MEAL team.§   Carry out process and progress monitoring activities and review project-related crucial problems which are forwarded by the Project lead and take the necessary steps to resolve them on a priority basisas per the MEAL Plan of the project.§   Responsible for case study collection, reporting and ensuring media coverage (Photos, videos and video editing).§   Disseminate reports and study findings to MEAL team and maintain reporting deadlines.§   Contribute to organizing lessons learned workshop/project inception workshop with management and other stakeholders in consultation with the project coordinator & organization MEAL team.§   Support the project manager in preparing project reports through appropriate data validation, verification and triangulation.§   Support project coordinator in qualitative and quantitative analysis of data for different reports, assessments and gap analysis.§   Support the project coordinator in report compilation. Prepare event report, daily, weekly and monthly, quarterly and project completion reporting.§   Archive the project data and information (hard copy and electronic copy) as per organization and donor guideline.§   Share different information and data as per project needs.§   Ensure key project information is kept up to date by measuring, gathering, monitoring and storing/documentation data including the progress of activities against strategic and specific targets against projects indicators.§   Conduct training and provide technical support on Mobile data Collection (ODK, KoBo), Lead survey team for conducting field level data collection and report to project coordinator and organization MEAL team.§   Orient key stakeholders on Complaints & Feedback Mechanism (CFM), Child Protection, Safeguarding & Gender Sensitivity issues in relation to project activities.§   Willing and able to travel frequently for extended Activities. periods and to remote areas of the projects and able to travel frequently for extended periods and to remote areas of the projects.§   Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines§   Follow the organization's Child Safeguarding, Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA), Gender, and WB Policy.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Consolidated Tk 60,000 per month and other admissible benefits as per organizational policy as well as the project.
