∎ Master's in any discipline and must have B.Ed/M.Ed.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Technical Officer (TO-MCP) will be fully engaged in providing pedagogical support to the MCP project, preparing training materials, organizing training and facilitating training.
∎ Understanding of development programs with special focus on education program specially Education in Myanmar Curriculum (MCP);
∎ Monitor progress of the learners, measure competency level, oversee the performance of the tutors/facilitators and share feedbacks with the Training Team for upgrade of the competencies;
∎ The Technical Officer should always work for creative thinking and its implementation to ensure quality education to the students.
∎ Day to day follow-up planned activities in both field and office level
∎ Participate in designing training programs based on needs assessments.
∎ Participate in the development of the training module.
∎ Conduct teachers' training in collaboration with Technical Coordinator-MCP and provide technical capacity building of MCP-Teachers and Program Organizers-MCP.
∎ Assist teachers in conducting assessments for student leveling;
∎ Technical Officer will assist the program organizer during the by-weekly study learning.
∎ Regular communication with CiC, SMS team, UP Chairmen, UP Member, LCMC, Mazhi and other actors for the successful operation of project activities.
∎ Assist the Technical Coordinator (TC-MCP) in organizing and delivering training and workshops.
∎ Assess teachers' performance through observation, class visit, spot check and review of the lesson plan.
∎ Support and participate in the interview process for new teachers.
∎ Review of curriculum, objectives, scope, and sequence.
∎ Attend all workshops and training organized for teachers and staff.
∎ Coordinate and follow up on teaching materials.
∎ Support the development of M&E tools and systems to measure and analyze learning outcomes.
∎ Support in creating and reviewing tests and assessment tools.
∎ Report on activities and results in POs and relevant staff when required.
∎ Perform any other duties/responsibilities assigned by the concerned authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Minimum of 5 years of work experience within the field of education as Technical Officer; Master Trainer of formal or Non-Formal education program
∎ Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, Bangla and Chattogram Local Language
∎ Basic computer skills on MS-Office, MS-Excel, Power Point.
∎ Having a valid motorcycle license
∎ Ability to work under pressure and dual/multi-management
∎ Humanitarian working experience in education will be preferred
∎ Working Experience on Adolescent Development Program
∎ Update on present adolescent development issues
∎ Experience on Adolescent Family Life Education Program.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 55,000/- per month, Consolidated and other admissible benefits as per organizational policy as well as the project.
