Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Jagorani Chakra Foundation (JCF) is a national voluntary social welfare organization. JCF is implementing Let Us Learn (LUL): Enhancing educational access and alternative learning opportunities for out-of-school children and adolescents in remote areas Project supported by UNICEF. To ensure the quality implementation of the project, JCF intends to recruit project staff from qualified candidates of Bangladeshi nationals.
∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ Technical Support and Guidance:§ Provide technical leadership and expertise in the design and delivery of the project’s educational components (PPE, ABAL, Remedial camps)§ Support the development and adaptation of curricula, learning materials, and training resources to meet the needs of diverse learners.§ Ensure that all educational interventions are culturally relevant, age-appropriate, and aligned with national standards.Capacity Building and Training:§ Lead the training and capacity-building initiatives for PO, teachers, facilitators.§ Develop training manuals, guidelines, and resource materials to enhance the skills of educators and field staff.§ Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs and provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure quality implementation.Quality Assurance and Standards:§ Ensure the consistent application of best practices and quality standards across all project activities, including classroom instruction, remedial programs, and skill development sessions.§ Conduct baseline assessments, unit assessment, grade change assessment.§ Identify slow learners and provide need base support§ Data collection and analysis to inform project adjustments and upload to RTM.Field Support§ Conduct model classes and help the PO, Teacher and learning facilitator.§ Helps in learners survey, enrollment, collecting NOC from the nearest educational institutions.§ Work closely with Area Coordinators and field staff to ensure that technical guidelines are followed and that activities are effectively executed.Stakeholder Engagement and Coordination:§ Collaborate with government education departments, NGOs, and other partners to align project activities with local education priorities.§ Represent the project in technical working groups, forums, and meetings related to education and skill development.§ Provide technical input for advocacy efforts aimed at improving educational opportunities for out-of-school children.Documentation and Reporting:§ Contribute to the preparation of technical reports, case studies, and knowledge products that capture the impact and lessons learned from the project.§ Document and share best practices, success stories, and innovative approaches for internal learning and external dissemination.Follow the organization's Child Safeguarding, Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA), Gender, and WB Policy.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Consolidated Tk. 60,000 per month and other admissible benefits as per organizational policy as well as the project.
