∎ 3 Years working experience in the  field of education, particularly in the context of out-of-school children or marginalized communities·          Proven experience in curriculum development, teacher training, and capacity building.·          Strong knowledge of pedagogical approaches, learner assessment, and inclusive education practices.·          Familiarity with Pre-Primary Education (PPE),Ability-based Accelerated Learning(ABAL) models, Remedial education.·          Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to lead training sessions and workshops, report writing.·          Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide practical technical solutions in the field.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Jagorani Chakra Foundation (JCF) is a national voluntary social welfare organization. JCF is going to implement ‘Let Us Learn (LUL): Enhancing educational access and alternative learning opportunities for out-of-school children and adolescents in remote areas’ Project supported by UNICEF. To ensure the quality implementation of the project, JCF intends to recruit project staff from qualified candidates of Bangladeshi nationals.·

∎ Follow the organization's Child Safeguarding, Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA), Gender, and WB Policy.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Consolidated Tk.60,000per month and other admissible benefits as per organizational policy as well as the project.
