∎ Post-Graduation
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To conduct basic and monthly training.
∎ To develop various learning materials for learning projects.
∎ To create quality classrooms for learning including teaching learning and implementation of the material systems in the field.
∎ To create and implement annual materials and training plans for learning.
∎ To create a curriculum, materials, and training or implementation policy jointly with the learning central team to achieve the objectives/goals outlined in the learning project proposal.
∎ To create your own annual work plan based on the overall plan of the project.
∎ To participate in various training according to the needs of the organization and take steps to implement them.
∎ To assist in the development of training schedules, manuals, and curricula and to acquire the skills to adjust them according to the needs of the work area.
∎ To take initiative for quality improvement by finding out the positive and developmental aspects of the work through supervision and monitoring.
∎ To take steps to verify and improve the quality of education of children.
∎ To prepare monthly/quarterly/half-yearly reports of learning needs.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Candidates should have at least 5 years of working experience in the field of Pre- Primary education.
∎ Having a valid motorcycle-driving license and good skills in report writing in English and Bengali.
∎ Basic computer skills in MS Office.
∎ Maximum 45 years (For more experienced candidates age limit is relaxed)
Salary:
∎ Tk. 49,500 per month, Consolidated and other admissible benefits as per organizational policy as well as the project.
