Job Responsibilities:
∎ Project implementation:
∎ The Project team and local GoB counterparts assist in selecting the project areas and project schools.
∎ Responsible for implementing the NFPE components of the Project in various hubs within the project area.
∎ Assist in developing a monitoring system for NFPE and implementing for measuring impact through various approaches.
∎ Provide regular support and supervision to NFPE components.
∎ Training and materials development:
∎ Participate in the project core-training program for project implementation.
∎ Implement different training courses and training materials for NFPE components of the project in the project areas.
∎ Organize and conduct training courses, workshops, and refreshers for project staff in the field.
∎ Provide continuous training support to the Project Implementation Areas.
∎ Budget and Logistical Support:
∎ With Finance, oversee the project budget and expenditures. Analyze the budget periodically to follow up on variances.
∎ Assess materials needed for purchase and send requisitions for procurement of goods and services.
∎ Support in setting up and developing project implementation sites.
∎ Research, study, and reporting:
∎ Assist in data collection for surveys and studies on the project as needed.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports in a timely manner for project areas as required.
∎ Liaison/External Relations:
∎ Liaise with relevant Local NGOs, Local GoB officials, and education-related organizations for effective program implementation.
∎ Disseminate new information, lessons learned, government’s new policies and programs, etc. to the appropriate forums when needed.
∎ General:
∎ Provide project orientation to various development partners, NGO and local government representatives, and distinguished visitors on the education program as needed.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Candidates should have at least 5 years of working experience in the field of Non-formal Primary education.
∎ Having a valid motorcycle-driving license and good skills in report writing in English and Bengali.
∎ Basic computer skills in MS Office.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 50,000 per month, Consolidated and other admissible benefits as per organizational policy as well as the project.
