Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ 3 - 4 years of experience in Community engagement program, capacity development, program implementation, monitoring and developing training methodology and conducting training. Previous experience in promoting EKATA/P.A.C.E model will get preference.
∎ Ability to team building and can perform well under pressure.
∎ Ability to coordinate with counterparts and other stakeholders.
∎ Good communication skill in both verbal and written in Bangla and English.
∎ Good interpersonal communication
∎ Good understanding on Gender.
