Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/Master degree, preferably in Education/Social Science/Development Studies and other relevant faculties. Qualification can be flexible depends on professional degrees (ICT in education and education).
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support to develop project implementation plan as well as deliver project activity timely and effectively
∎ Responsible for capacity development of teachers and education facilitators
∎ Organize and conduct meetings with teachers, SMC, parents, Upazila Education officers and other stakeholders in the project area
∎ Support in school selection and formation of girls group
∎ Support to establish Learning centers in target areas with community engagement
∎ Follow up and facilitate the teaching-learning process at the learning center
∎ Organize and facilitate training and workshops for capacity building of school teachers, staff, students, and parents to ensure quality education and protection of girls
∎ Maintain smooth coordination with local-level stakeholders, including parents, SMC, community, government, and others.
∎ Support to organize sensitization activities to ensure the continuation of girl’s education and prevent early marriage
∎ Monitor programs through field visits, prepare a report and provide recommendations and follow-up support.
∎ Support in documentation and dissemination of case studies and best practices.
∎ Support Project Coordinator in developing quality and timely reports
∎ Active participation in team planning and other meetings.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Previous work experience in education/development work
∎ Willing to work in remote areas, Proactive, organized, committed, have good communication and interpersonal skills.
