Educational Requirements:
∎ Post-graduation in Education or Social Science. Minimum of 5 years of working experience in NGOs or other Development Organizations. Working experience in the program Education program will be given preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Contribute to develop detail implementation plan (DIP) and responsible for implementing Education activities with the field Team.
∎ Ensure timely implementation of education activity; provide technical support for both Learning competency framework approach (LCFA) and digital learning and liaison with other service providers in the Camp and host community level.
∎ Prepare different periodic (monthly, quarterly) progress report, event report, case study/ good practice and submit to the Project Coordinator.
∎ Ensure capacity building of education staff and teachers through providing training and/ or coaching to project staff
∎ Supervise learning centers, multipurpose center
∎ Develop modules on education topics, Collect and document necessary information and data for reporting
∎ Coordinate and participate different meetings, orientations and workshops organized by Education sector.
∎ Prepare action plan for effective execution of the project activities.
∎ Ensure effective and efficient implementation of planned and approved activities.
∎ Support the subordinate to operate day-to-day activities in the field level.
∎ Ensure smooth operation of the assigned learning centers and multipurpose center.
∎ Ensure safety security of the learner’s children and adolescent of the assigned projects.
∎ Take initiatives to enhance capacity of the teachers, facilitators, children and adolescent.
∎ Build link with respective government, local and international organization working in the camp/ community.
∎ Build and enhance linkage with the potential stakeholders and counterparts to receive and utilize their possible assistance to receive required support that allocated from government
∎ Provide required guidance and mentor the project staff.
∎ Take capacity building initiatives for the project staff
∎ Ensure the safety and security of the project staff.
∎ Prepare for any emergency requirement.
∎ Ensure the Learning centers and multipurpose center functional and well maintained regularly.
∎ Provide require report to the immediate supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Basic computer skills in MS Office.
∎ Must have skills in making donor reports.
∎ Knowledge of the local language will be an asset.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and dual/multi-management.

Salary:
∎ Consolidated Tk. 55,000/- per month, and other admissible benefits as per organizational policy as well as the project.
