∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Name of Project: Extended Climate Change Project-Flood(ECCCP-Flood)
∎ Job Location: Chilmary and char Rajibpur Upazila in Kurigram District.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall management of project's structural interventions (plinth raising, construction of latrine/HTW, house construction etc.
∎ Prepare annual/quarterly/monthly plan for infrastructural activities in accordance with budget
∎ Assist an guide the technical officer (TO) for making drawing, design and budget for each structural works
∎ Assist in organizing and conduction of labor orientation at field
∎ Follow-up and progress monitoring of structural interventions at field level on regular basis
∎ Ensure quality works in all sorts of structural interventions
∎ Ensure regular payments to the structural interventions work( labor payment, subsidy and others)
∎ Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual reports on structural interventions
∎ Prepare Reports.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years Minimum working experience in the relevant fields( Household Plinth raising)
∎ Age below or equal to 40 years
∎ Working experience mid level project management
∎ Commitment towards working for the poor and extreme poor people
∎ Having computer knowledge MS word
∎ Having valid driving license
Salary:
∎ 28,000/= Starting ( 3 months probationary period).
