Job Responsibilities:
∎ S/he will ensure accuracy in the delivery of child protection project operations.
∎ Manage field staffs and ensure their deliverables are being accomplished within the stipulated time frame, organizational visibility is enhanced;
∎ Develop CP modules and facilitate the training sessions
∎ Coordinate camp level authority and other service providers.
∎ Ensure monthly reports, case studies and necessary documents of activity implementation
∎ Deal the camp level approvals to implement the project activities
∎ Represent the coordination meetings at camp level and Child protection focal point.
∎ Provide necessary data and information for project and CP sub sector.
∎ Technical support to the implementing partners staffs
∎ S/he will ensure that all relevant JCF’s policies, procedures are respected, and donors’ requirements are being fulfilled accordingly.
∎ Implement project activities and ensure consistent/ appropriate use of resources, delivery proceeding on schedule and operational demands are within project parameters and standards of quality
∎ Review project components, develop project detailed plan with budget and timelines in line with the implementation of the project.
∎ Identify issues of consistency in project implementation and recommend remedial approaches to sustain and advance quality
∎ Engage with the community and community representatives to understand needs and gaps in child protection programming
∎ Provide guidance/support to Community Mobilizer/Volunteers and contribute inputs to best adapt project/program activities for better impact on child protection in the camps and host community
∎ Maintain close contacts with local authorities such as CiCs in the refugee settlement; intervene as and when necessary, to protect children.
∎ Ensures constant and efficient relationships with the Governmental Authorities in Camp area.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Minimum of 4 years of working experience in NGOs or other Development Organizations. Working experience in the program Gender-based violence (GBV) and Child protection program will be given preference.
∎ Basic computer skills in MS-Office.
∎ Must have skills in making donor reports.
∎ Knowledge of the local language will be an asset.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and dual/multi-management.

Salary:
∎ Consolidated Tk. 55,000/- per month, and other admissible benefits as per organizational policy as well as the project.
