Educational Requirements:
∎ Master’s Degree. B.Ed. /M.Ed. will be preferred.

∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have to ensure cooperation and strong liaison with local government, CIC, Site Management, Majhi, and other Actors for implementing the Program in the camp
∎ Participate in designing and implementing of education assessments (i.e. teacher's training needs, learners' participation, community-based learning Centre management, parent/community involvement in education, etc.)
∎ Participate in designing training programs based on needs assessments.
∎ Participate in the development of training modules.
∎ Conduct teachers' training in collaboration with donors and local administration and provide technical capacity building for Teachers and Field Officers.
∎ Assist the Project Coordinator in organizing and delivering trainings and workshops.
∎ Assess teachers' performance through observation, class visits, spot checks, and review of lesson plans.
∎ Familiar with training budget, schedule, module, and program materials procurement ensuring donor & organization policy.
∎ Support and participate in the interview process of new teachers.
∎ Review of curriculum, objectives, scope, and sequence.
∎ Attend all workshops and trainings organized for teachers and staff.
∎ Coordinate and follow up on teaching materials.
∎ Ensure integration of program approach with other sectors.
∎ Support the development of MEAL tools and systems to measure and analyze learning outcomes.
∎ Support in creating and reviewing tests and assessment tools.
∎ Report on activities and results to FOs and relevant staff when required.
∎ Follow the organization's Child Safeguarding, PSEA, Gender, and WB Policy.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Minimum 5 years working experience in NGO/INGO or other Development Organizations.
∎ Minimum 5 years’ experience in technical support to education program staff
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bangla and English.
∎ Knowledge of the local language will be an asset.
∎ Camp-level working experience will be highly preferred.
∎ Should have basic computer skills in MS Office, PowerPoint, etc.
∎ Proper knowledge of event and program report writing skills.
Salary:
∎ Consolidated Tk. 58,000 per month and other admissible benefits as per organizational policy as well as the project.
