∎ RDRS is a leading national development organisation in Bangladesh working for the poor and underprivileged communities across the country with focus on north-west Bangladesh. Established in 1972 as the field programme of Lutheran World Federation, Geneva, RDRS became a national development organisation in 1997 under the Trust Act. RDRS provides development services to over 3 million households in 32 districts through its four broad programmes - civil empowerment, quality of life, food security & environment, and economic empowerment & opportunity.
∎ Recently, RDRS Bangladesh is seeking applications for the position of Technical Officer under BD Rural WASH for HCD (Human Capital Development) Project.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure implementing project activities as per project design and budget;
∎ Supervise Local Entrepreneur to ensure connection of Water and Sanitation;
∎ Keep regular communication with Local Entrepreneur;
∎ Prepare different reports as per requirement of PKSF;
∎ Followup and advice group volunteers in orientation program;
∎ Prepare and submit periodical progressive report and field visit report covering all implementing activities especially Water and Sanitation, feedback, learning’s and overcoming procedure of constraints, documentation, record keeping, presentation and write down case study/human story with proper documentation;
∎ Any other tasks requested by the supervisor that are relevant to the job family and related to RDRS Bangladesh objectives.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 01 year experience in the relevant field;
∎ Candidate must have own Motor Cycle with valid License;
∎ Candidate must have expertise in report writing, demonstrated ability in facilitating project implementation, monitoring, supervision, training and reporting;
∎ Coordination and collaboration skill with GO-NGO;
∎ Must have excellent communication and motivation skill.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Monthly Consolidated Salary 25,000.00 (Inclusive travel allowance, fuel and mobile bill). Other benefits will provide as per organization's policy.
