Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure implementing project activities as per project design and budget;
∎ Supervise Local Entrepreneur to ensure the connection of Water and Sanitation;
∎ Keep regular communication with Local Entrepreneur;
∎ Prepare different reports as per the requirement of PKSF;
∎ Follow-up and advice group volunteers in orientation program;
∎ Prepare and submit the periodical progressive report and field visit report covering all implementing activities especially Water and Sanitation, feedback, learnings and overcoming procedures of constraints, documentation, record keeping, presentation and writing down case study/human story with proper documentation;
∎ Any other tasks requested by the supervisor that are relevant to the job family and related to RDRS Bangladesh objectives.

∎ RDRS is a leading national development organization in Bangladesh that works for the poor and underprivileged communities across the country, with a focus on southwest Bangladesh. Established in 1972 as the field programme of the Lutheran World Federation, Geneva, RDRS became a national development organization in 1997 under the Trust Act. RDRS provides development services to over 3 million households in 32 districts through its five major programme priorities - Skills, Employment & Entrepreneurship, Social Empowerment, Agriculture, Food Security & Climate Change, Microfinance, and Emergency and Humanitarian Response.
∎ Recently, RDRS Bangladesh has been seeking applications for the position of Technical Officer under BD Rural WASH for HCD (Human Capital Development) Project.
∎ Job Responsibilities
∎ Ensure implementing project activities as per project design and budget;
∎ Supervise Local Entrepreneur to ensure the connection of Water and Sanitation;
