Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities
Operating hardware & network.
Prepare, maintain and filing various documents.
Keep close coordination with co-worker and update information.
Install, configure & manage devices.
Troubleshoot installed network, Barcode printer, ID Card printer, Software, Attendance machine, Flap Barrier, Parking Barrier & Automation relevant product etc. and follow up users for any support issues ( requisitions, pending, acknowledgement).
Submit report.
Any other task assign by the management.
