Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee project activities;
∎ Arrange, conduct and facilitate training for farmer leaders and extension personnel;
∎ Arrange, conduct and facilitate advocacy meetings, workshops and another related events;
∎ Arrange, conduct and facilitate meetings with value chain actors;
∎ Assist in establishing demonstrations at the farmer and CBS levels;
∎ Coordinate and collaborate with local government, upazila and district -level, government level, private sector organizations, NGO’s, CBOs, Civil society groups and relevant partners;
∎ Prepare the Annual Work Plan and Budget (AWPB);
∎ Prepare progress reports, success stories and other reports as required by the project;
∎ Ensure gender considerations are integrated into all components of the project;
∎ Product promotional materials;
∎ Ensure the timely and effective implementations and delivery project activities as per the work plan, ensuring quality and setting strategies and guidelines;
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by management.

The vast majority of staff are in field positions, with specialist sectoral and support units in Rangpur and Dhaka.
